Jessica HowRs Petite Retro Black and White Polka Dot Dress

This dress is MAGNIFICENT! Only parting with it because it doesn’t fit anymore. Very lightly worn (as far as I know). It’s in excellent shape! For the record, I am NOT petite but it fit me well when I was a 6-8 dress size. Size: 10P Armpit to armpit: 16” across, but there’s some extra room in the underwire bust Waist: 13” across Hips: open Length: 42” with straps, 37” from bust to bottom
