Jessica Howard A-line tank dress with ribbon

Chocolate with white polka dots and contrasting green ribbon at waist. I love this dress because it has a flattering swing skirt made of lightweight no wrinkle taffeta. The ribbon at waist highlights the a-line design. It has never been worn and still has tags.
