Jessica Howard Light Blue Beaded Jacket

Gorgeous light blue Jessica Howard jacket with 3/4 sleeve. Jacket has 3 cloth covered buttons with small pearl like beading and flower embellishments, it has a shiny look to it and has lightly padded shoulders. I didn't find any tears, flaws or stains, I wonder if it was ever worn, beautiful condition! Dry clean only. Sizing varies designer to designer so please see pictures for all measurements so that there are no discrepancies for sizing.
