Nearly new! Worn once as a "mother of the groom" dress. Love the detail of the netting on the sleeves and the hem! Very flattering fit and hangs well! Zips up in the back with an "invisible" zipper that looks like a seam. Classic style and a true navy blue! Very flattering sleeve length and very comfortable stretchy fabric. Wish I had another place to wear it!
