Jessica Howard Vintage 1980’s Shrug or Over Jacket

Jessica Howard shrug or over Jacket with sequins in earthy tones Has shades of tan and cream with an abstract floral pattern. The top is also enhanced with applied sequins. Classy 1080’s style this top still has the original its shoulder pads. Closes at the neck with a hook and eye. The front is otherwise open. Has approximately a 3/4 sleeve with no cuff. No stains or snags. The only thing I cannot account for sure is the sequins. There does not seem to be any missing however this is a pre owned garment and it’s possible there could be some missing. Depending on light the sequins are silver but also sometimes appear gold. Labeled a women’s size 12 95%Polyester and 5% Spandex.
