Jessica Howard blue floral dress with belt, Like New Size 6

Jessica Howard fit & flare shades of blue floral dress with silver belt. Dress was only worn once to try on, is like new without tags. Belt has also been unused but is in pretty good condition, some of the outer part is slightly bumpy (see second pic for what I mean - it’s not too noticeable), probably due to hanging in a closet over time
