Jessica Howard blue paisley cold shoulder dress

Beautiful blue and white paisley cold should dress. Polyester mix means few wrinkles. Top is lined with navy polyester. Nwt. Several of my dresses were hemmed and never washed or worn...can't remember if this one was or not. Shoulder seam to hem approx 44". 20" across bust. 8.5" slit each side of skirt. Including picture of hem in photos.
