Striking Jessica Howard dress, midi/mini length (depending on height). The top is black in a soft stretchy jersey-like feel. The zipper is under the arm. The sleeves are 3/4. The skirt portion of the dress is a black and white abstract print. It has a stiffer feel which gives it some body. It is lined and there are 2 string belt loops if you’d like to add a belt. The band at the waist is about 2.5” high and 15” wide The bust is 16.5” The overall length is 37” Sleeves are 11” from the armpit Measurements approximate Please note the picture with the ruler.
