Why is this the perfect dress? Because the colors are beautiful like an Expressionist painting. It has multi layers, including some crinoline so it flows beautifully like a 50s era party dress. Pleats make it tailored and complete. Lastly, it has POCKETS! More party dresses should have pockets. Zippers up the back. Fits my size 8 mannequin, although it is marked 6.
