Jessica Howard size 10 fit and flare dress in excellent condition. Has back zipper and made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex in the shell with the lining in the bust area made of 100% polyester. This dress has no “defined” waist yet has long darts to make it flow well especially with the give in the fabric.
