Jessica McClintock Deep Navy Blue cutout neckline gown

The most stunning dress I've ever worn or owned and I can hardly part with it. This one is special and only worn once. As comfortable as it is beautiful and looks as new as the day I brought it home; the pictures do not do it justice. Full length A-Line with drape bottom, velvet gown with silky underside that makes it a dream to wear. Length is 49 1/2" from armpit. I am 5/4 and wore with likely a 3 in heel but I don't remember Bust is 17" Make me an offer.
