Gorgeous well made cocktail/special occaision dress. Two layered. Dark Blue with Black ribbon to tie in back. Runs small fits as size 8 not 10. If tool is not your material the inner layer (pictured) buyer can always snip the tool out of the hem! Worn once then kept in dress bag (Low sale price for length of time owned, bag kept since purchase, only taken out to wear once)
