jessdresshead Hi, I’m interested in your dress, but I’m confused about the color. I’ve seen one one elsewhere that is described as “candlelight white” with silver embroidery, one white with white embroidery, and one silvery white with silver embroidery. And you say yours is cream with silver embroidery? Are you sure? I never knew getting a white dress would be this hard LOL

jessdresshead @sarahpasadena No, I am NOT looking for glaring white. Is the silver embroidery pronounced, standing out from the dress? Jessica McClintock made two lines of this dress in MANY colors. One had the raised leaf embroidery in the same thread color as the dress. I own one of those in red. The other line of dresses had the raised leaf embroidery in gold or silver thread. I am going to use this for a wedding so I must be particular as to the shade.

sarahpasadena @jessdresshead hi Joy. The silver thread is subtle, not in your face glaring silver. I wore the dress once to a Black-Tie event lasting 2 hours. It is in top condition. Would be perfect for a wedding IMHO

sarahpasadena @jessdresshead if you tap on the fourth pic and enlarged it, you can see the silver thread embroidery against the cream colored fabric. It’s pretty accurate photo.
