Gunne Sac blouse with lace detailed collar and puff sleeves. Sizing tag looks to be removed but judging by the look it would be an extra small now. Perhaps a 0/2 in present day sizing. One flaw noted on the back but could probably be cleaned though I have not tried. Measurements Chest: 17 in Length: 21 in Shoulder: 17.5 in Arms: 17 in
