Although this beauty has a few flaws, there's still plenty of life left! There's some discoloration on different ares of the dress, including a dark streak of fabric on the right shoulder sleeve and a stitch missing that connects the front of the sleeve to the bust. Built-in black tulle and lots of movement and "poof" in the skirt. Built in corset-style boning. Made is USA. Labeled 9/10 but will definitely fit smaller. Measurements laying flat: under armpits/ bust- 16" top of shoulder shrug- "20 waist-13.5"
