Jessica McClintock Gunne Sax navy lace skirt

Size on tag says 7, but most definitely a modern day size 0 or 2. Laid flat the waist measures 12.5 inches (see pictures). Bought at a thrift store for a small friend of mine but the skirt was still too small for her. A single button on the from has been replaced with a different style, but there is a spare original button sewn into the lining if you want to replace it (again, see pictures).
