NWOT chic asymmetric cocktail dress from Jessica McClintock. Only tried on once; no flaws. Featuring ruched giant flower detail in the front and boning structure around bust area. Size tag reads 6 but fits more like a 00 (I'm usually a US0 or 2, and the hip area was very snug).
