Jessica McClintock girls lined white lace dress with lace collar size 16

This Victorian inspired dress is lined with white lace and the waist is 13 inches. The dress has a rosette in the center of the bodice. This dress looks great with velvet as pictured ( sample styling) and can be a versatile dress. Overall length is 36 inches. Dress appears vintage but is in good shape with no tears or stains.
