Jessica McClintock short prom dress blue roses

This dress is beautiful! I wish I could go to prom every year so I could have a use for it. I wore it once in a 2008 prom and it hasn't been worn since. Excellent condition, could pass for brand new. It is a royal satin blue with a gorgeous rose pattern. It has a bow at the waist that is easily removable and almost a ruffle style bottom half but it doesn't poof out as much as it looks in the picture which is nice. Side zipper and strapless. I love it! It says size 5 (???) but its really a 4.
