Jessica McClintock vintage 80s formal dress

Vintage 80s Jessica McClintock dress. It is black velvet with red and gold ribbon on the sleeves and bottom. There's is the big 80s bow on the back and of course shoulder pads. There some netting for fluff. Reminds me of Princess Diana. Still has tags but it has age wear from just sitting in storage. check photos.
