Beautiful deep blue velvet mini dress with deep V back and split sleeves. I love this dress but sadly it does not fit me anymore - I bought second hand but never actually got to wear it. I would continue to keep it if I thought I’d ever fit a 6 again. It is in excellent condition with only two small spots on the back of the skirt (shown in last photo). Fitted on both bottom and top but top has a draped layer on top of a fitted lining so it does not look as fitted. Hidden zipper on one side. Has some stretch. Will measure if anyone asks!
