@prettysmiles7 the dress is about 2-3 inch above knee depends how tall you are I am 5'5" and yes it has double layer.

@prettysmiles7 totally stretchy it's actually cotton and spandex so soft and stretchy. I fluctuate at a 8-12 and fit the first time I wore it also also the other time I wore it and that was a 30lb change.
