Jessica Simpson Medium Sparkle Skirt

My daughter wore this once for New Year’s last year. Its got a stretchy garter to accommodate different size waists. You can see in the pic above that it’s a two layer skirt. Underneath is a glittery black and the layer on top a sheer silver. Literally worn only one time! Like new! I’m a woman’s small and it also fits me perfectly. Can wear it at your waist for a below the knee length look or wear it above your hips for a shorter length look. Length: 23inches
