Jessica Simpson blue and gold polka dot dress

This is a Jessica Simpson navy blue dress with gold metallic polka dots. The top is blousy and the sleeves are split to show your arms. Very cute detail! It has a belt to tie around your waist with fringe detail on the end of the belt. I am 5' 3" and when I held it up it hit me right above the knee. 1 button on the back to close. Size 4 but it does have some stretch. Brand new never worn. Smoke free home!
