Jessica Simpson brocade-style raised velvet fit & flair dress. The style reminds me of an elevated 90s inspired skater dress. Really beautiful raised velvet floral pattern on the fabric, slightly sparkly. There is a single gore panel in the back for fullness, zipper with hook and eye closure. Has a nice heavy weight to it, quality piece! The little black dress forever!!
