Jessica Simpson cut out skater dress

Teal /blue green and black Jessica Simpson dress. Back zipper, cut out plus POCKETS. Soft, flowy, thicker but not heavy fabric. I dressed this down with flats but also wore it as a cocktail dress with a shiny necklace and pumps. I think this is the definition of a skater dress.
