Jessica Simpson one piece swimsuit

One piece swimsuit with a scalloped, sweetheart neckline. Originally purchased from Scheels. I would consider VGUC, worn only a handful of times. There is a small amount of fabric pulling away from the neckline as pictured in the last photo, not noticeable to me while wearing and definitely could be fixed!
