Jessica vintage 90s / Y2K style soft stretchy and silky texture sleeveless draped v neck cropped length crop tank top blouse shirt with flattering tie at waist. Hard to read fabric tag but from what I can make out it is a polyester and spandex blend. Brown in colour. No size tag found - likely a size M / medium - please see measurements for reference.
