This Jessica Howard shiny dark blue and black velvet floral maxi shirt was worn one time as a costume. It's 100% acetate and it has some structure to it without any extra tool underneath. It has a zipper and button to fasten it and just touches the floor when worn. It's size 10 and says dry clean only.
