Jester Hat

Very colorful & sparkly jester hat. The red brim has a wire around the putter edge so it can be shaped & sparkly colorful pompoms hanging off the edge all the way around. There are 6 floppy points with sparkly colorful pompoms hanging off the tips. Red, yellow, green, blue with gold & silver sequins. New, never worn.
