Jets Australia by Jessika Allen denim colored one piece swimsuit, USA size 8

This denim colored suit has beautiful stitching and lace up details with a tie at the neck. Literally worn once and washed with swimsuit cleaner and stored away. Listed as USA 8 per tag, however this fit me as a size 0-2 so i feel like it runs small compared to a regular dress size. It definitively has stretch to the fabric. I added a measurement across it while it was laid flat for reference.
