Stretchy!!! Has a soft suede-like lining. All rhinestones in the gold tone outer area are present and shiny. The silver center area is also shiny and sparkly. (I love it, but headbands don’t love my large head. 🤷🏼‍♀️🥲 I keep trying.) Reposhing this item I purchased from @the_tipsy_trex. I never wore it. As received from seller.
