Jewel Wristlet with Polka Dots Satin NWOT

This wristlet has never been used before. It has a cute polka dot design on it. It is made of a soft satin. There is a slight spot you can barely see. There are two card slots in it. It has a strap. It hooks on the ring on the wristlet. The paper has not been removed nor have the plastics on the insignias. It measures approximately 7.5" x 4" H.
