Fully sheer black with abstract rose pattern. Has a very short sleeve out to the batwing short sleeve. Waistline has an elastic gathering to create slimming. The lower portion has a flowy peplum look to it. The neckline is a modest V with pink and silver jewels. It is called a Rosey Posey Black cover up from JCPENNEY, studio 36. Says size is small/medium. Still has tags I have never even tried it on.

wenchmark @dmvt5 it's a straight fit with a flowy fit. Definitely not a peeplum. If you can zoom in on picture 2 you can see the elastic at about the waistline so it does give definition but it's not a structure like a peeplum would be just a flowy. I don't like not would I wear a peeplum style. Keep in mind though it is sheer just so you know.

wenchmark @dmvt5 yes it's a closed front minus the V neckline you see. I would wear a black tank or a black Cami depending on how comfortable you are and weather.
