Jeweled top strapless dress. Great party dress!

Jeweled bust accents. Bust has gold sequins with aqua jewels and accents. Empire style bust. Bottom skirt portion is flowy. Gold skirt with two layers or tulle mesh, gold tulle mesh and top tulle mesh is aqua color. Swirling hem. Has one tear in picture. Back zip. Tag size 13, will also fit US 12. Very good condition. Bust to hem @25 inches. Great for prom or party!
