robinmclaugh650 "pending shipping scan" is what it says. Also it is showing available on your closet again. I have seen marked as sold as well, cant explain this one> its not on you if they charged twice

samlou630 @robinmclaugh650 I contacted support, it looks as if you purchased 2 of the same item 8/30 & 8/31 but there were different order #’s I only show 1 pymt in my sales info.I knew there was an error in the process, contact c/s and let them know you were double billed, I’ve already sent them the info including the order #s. I’m sure they can see from the tracking, they’ll figure it out and return your funds , I let them know to contact me if needed. Hope this helps

robinmclaugh650 Thank you they refunded it already. One would think they would be big enough not to make error like that. They had to have not marked it paid for me to pay twice. I bought a charm that they did the same thing too and they other person was sent the charm, my order was canceled. Another person canceled after 3 weeks, so my money was tired up and the items are still on the site. Its crazy. Guess you just have to be one your toes, which Im not HAHA Thank you again
