Black Buttons on the side It has a ribbed ribbon-like belt that is attached to the skirt - I am not sure that I have tied it correctly on the side at the loop The side it also slit There are no holes or stains and this skirt is from a smoke free home Laying flat armpit to armpit measures approximately 17” side to side Length is approximately 20 1/4”
