Jill Jill Stewart Yellow Floral Puff Sleeve Dress 4 Wedding Guest

This is a gorgeous true yellow dress by Jill Jill Stuart. It’s 100% viscose, no stretch. Short puff sleeves, v neck line with faux button detail, beautiful floral pattern. The dress is unlined. Super clean gently used condition. I noticed some of the streaks of the smocking at the waist are loose- could be easily fixed with a few stitches of yellow thread.
