Jill Stuart Navy Ditsy Floral Slip dress Size XS

Jill Stuart slip dress. Navy with ditsy floral print. Please see photos for measurements as there is no size tag, but it’s an XS and would likely size to a 0 or 2. No stretch. Not sure of material. Please see photos as straps have been shortened. The rest of the strap is still there and perhaps could be let back out of needed, but I’m not sure. In good condition, no flaws.
