Jill Stuart Silk Tunic

Oversized, flowy, silk tunic with deep V opening and tie for cinching the waist. Cream colored with simulated paint splatter in black. A little too short to be worn as a dress, so works best layered over something and definitely needs a tank or bralette underneath. No size listed, but fits like a M.
