Jill Stuart dress with cap sleeves

Reposhing this item I purchased from @ashleycook9212. Loved it, but this brand runs a size small and the original posher didn’t specify that. She said it was tight she didn’t specify you need to size up in this brand. Very disappointed and probably stuck with this dress now. Who wants to buy a size two dress that fits like a 0?
