Jillian's Closet taffeta w/velvet skirt. NWOT

Jillians closet. Taffeta skirt with gold thread running through the plaid. Base of the yoke has beautiful velvet ribbon and bow trim. Back waist has elastic. Skirt has pleats through out front and back. Sewn in slip featured crinoline ruffle layer for a fuller shape when wearing. NWOT
