Jim has been painting in oil and watercolor for over 30 years, throughout the United States, Europe and South America. He calls his style “Romantic Realism” and his home art studio includes a wide variety of his paintings, especially paintings of places on Maui including Lahaina, Kapalua, and Kaanapali. He also paints neighboring islands and Live Celebration Events. We lost the Kingwell Island Art Gallery of 30 years to the Lahaina Fire.
