These are size 40 Nude colored Jimmy Choo Anouk Patent Leather Pumps. Worn twice, they are in great condition with expected wear on sole but little to no signs of wear on patent leather/heels. although Jimmy Choo lists size IT 40 as a US 10 equivalent, I normally wear a US 8.5-9 but sized up for comfort as this is a very high heel.
