New in box with dust bag. Suede and textured leather upper. Back zipper fastening. Rubber sole. Structured plastic heel 5.25". Platform 1". Insole 10". Shoes is size 39, which is indicated on shoes. See pics. Box says size 40, but that just means that shoes was packed in a wrong box on moment of purchase. Do not get confused, please.
