erv26 I still don't understand what your intent was to comment on my page and make people believe that my bag is fake. It's a shame... Aren't CHANEL employees forgotten to look up serial numbers? like a teller can't look up bank accounts??

mbeteta09 @erv26 We can look up serial numbers, we just can’t confirm authenticity as CHANEL doesn’t provide that information once the item has left the Boutique. This is a policy that is not only Corporate and within the US, but within all of our CHANEL boutiques across the world.
