(USA) this vintage blouse/dress is just adorable for any throwback or vintage lover! Shown on my daughter at 8 months old and 15lbs. She wore white tights underneath it as it was more of a blouse on her. Back has 2 buttons for easy on and off. Front has white lace collar with a little red rose on the center.
