Joan & David Cream Suede Heels / Miles / Pumps Vintage NWOT Likely best for 9.5

2000s Joan & David heels. The softest creamy suede. Hand made in Italy. Round closed toe heels with heel strap. I love these but they don’t fit my high instep and have been in a box for years. Retailed at $195 Leather / suede inside and out. New without box. Sat in storage for about 15 years. A few light marks from sitting around so long. They look great on and are super comfortable. But my high instep does not allow my toes to reach far enough down into the toe box. Labeled Size 10 US, these run small so use measurements please. I wear a 9 and they fit.
