Joan Rivers coat cape in a green/raspberry plaid pattern in M/L

This was a present that I never got a chance to wear. The cape is a green/raspberry color plaid in a tweed material. Fully lined inside. The front has two long suits that you put your arms through. Two pockets located in front with buttons on the left near neck. It is marked Medium but is quite roomy. The problem is that I have lost the belt. Still looks good without belt. The front loops can be taken off. There is a spot of dirt on the lining inside. It came like that in the bag. Please see pictures for materials and washing instructions.
