Very cute black & white top from Joan Vas's Collection. The arms are meant to look like a long sleeve shirt under a tee. The T-shirt part is black & the arm part is black & white stripes. Cotton blend. Without stretching it too much, armpit to armpit is roughly about 19.5/20" flat across. But it is stretchy. New without tags. Size medium.
